To streamline certification procedures under China’s “simplified administration, optimized services” policy, products listed in the Compulsory Product Certification (CCC) catalog that are permitted to adopt a self-declaration approach may demonstrate compliance through self-evaluation and reporting, in accordance with *Implementation Rules for CCC Self-Declaration (CNCA-00C-008: 2019)*. Eligible enterprises or manufacturers must complete self-assessment, report product conformity information, and affix the CCC mark to products.

• Self-selected Laboratory: A third-party lab (domestic/overseas) accredited by CNAS or an ILAC member, or a manufacturer’s in-house lab compliant with GB/T 27025 / ISO/IEC 17025.
• Self-selected Certification Body: Must meet GB/T 27025 / ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, preferably accredited by CNAS or an ILAC member.
