CCC certification agency process:

We begin by formulating a “CCC Certification Plan” based on the initial inquiry. This plan outlines the certification steps, standards, key testing parameters, certification fees, and the estimated timeline. We communicate this plan by email.

Once there is mutual agreement on the intent to proceed with our services, we proceed to sign an agency contract. The contracting company is required to submit the specified certification fees as stipulated in the contract.

The certification project is initiated as soon as the contract becomes effective.

After receiving the initial payment and the original application documents duly stamped with the company seal, we issue a “Product Testing Sample Submission Notice.” The contracting company is responsible for sending the relevant samples to the designated testing institution for comprehensive product testing.

In the event of non-compliance during the sample testing phase, we issue a “Sample Supplementary Inspection Notice.” This notice requests the contracting party to remit supplementary inspection fees and arranges for additional sample testing.

Once the product testing phase is successfully completed, we dispatch a “Factory Audit Notice.” Our audit personnel conduct an on-site inspection at the manufacturing facility.

The results of the factory on-site audit can fall into two categories: “Severely Non-Compliant” or “Generally Non-Compliant,” with the latter allowing for corrective actions. In general, we recommend that the contracting party informs us in advance if they require technical guidance to ensure a smooth on-site audit.

Following a comprehensive review, successful applicants will receive the certification certificate within the specified working days.

We assist the applicant in applying for the 3C certification mark. Assuming a smooth process, including document review, product testing, and the on-site factory audit passing on the first attempt, the entire certification process typically takes approximately 70 to 90 working days. For certain products applying for the first time and not requiring an on-site audit, the process usually takes about 40 to 60 working days.
