Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the Release of the Description and Definition Table of the CCC Compulsory Product Certification Catalog for the Year 2023

Announcement No. 36 of 2023

In order to facilitate accurate delineation of the scope of the CCC compulsory product certification catalog by all relevant parties, the State Administration for Market Regulation, based on adjustments to the compulsory product certification catalog and relevant standards, has revised and formulated the “Description and Definition Table of the CCC Compulsory Product Certification Catalog (2023 Revision),” consisting of 96 product types across 16 major categories. This is hereby announced. Announcement No. 18 of 2020 issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, titled “Description and Definition Table of the CCC Compulsory Product Certification Catalog (2020 Revision),” is hereby repealed.
