Key Prerequisite:

• This application must be submitted by the consignee company located in China. Applications from overseas entities cannot be accepted.

Application Overview:
For imported products listed in the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) catalog, a 3C Exemption Application is required. The following documents must be provided:

1. 3C Exemption Application Letter
2. Business License of the Chinese Consignee (copy)
3. Commercial Invoice (copy)
4. Bill of Lading/Air Waybill (copy)
5. Technical documentation or product manual (including colour photographs of the product)

Submission Process:
Email the above five documents to info@ccc-import.com. Our company will review the materials. If the application meets the exemption eligibility criteria, we will:

• Contact the applicant by phone to confirm details
• Notify the applicant via email regarding the required physical documents to be mailed to us
• Confirm procedural requirements and associated costs by phone

After Submission:
Once we receive the complete application package and verify its accuracy, we will issue a payment notice to the applicant.
The applicant must make payment promptly and return the remittance receipt. The application process is typically completed within approximately 2 working days after payment confirmation.
